American Kitchen Restaurants is a young brand originally from Finland. The company vision is to have “Quality Food for Everyone, Everyday, Everywhere"

American cuisine has been heavily influenced by European cuisine, particularly from regions such as England, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Finland. However, American cuisine is not solely derivative of European cuisine; it has evolved and diversified over time, incorporating influences from various immigrant populations, indigenous peoples, and regional specialties.

Some foods and dishes commonly associated with American cuisine have European origins but have been adapted and modified to suit American tastes and ingredients. For example, dishes like pizza (Italian), hamburgers (German), hot dogs (German), and apple pie (English/Dutch) all have European roots but have become iconic American foods.

So while American cuisine does have significant influences from Europe, it has developed its own distinct identity over time, shaped by a variety of cultural, historical, and geographical factors. We are brining it back to Finland.
