Craftsperson or technically trained employee (m/f/d)

We are looking for technically trained employee which would like work as a aircraft mechanic.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: €3,297 gross/month, with 13.5 salaries per year.
• Allowances: For late shifts, night shifts, Sunday, and public holiday work.
• Additional Benefits: Holiday  bonus, as well as participation in the company bonus scheme.
• Relocation Allowance: €1,500 (€750 upon submission of your registration certificate, another €750 after 6 months).

Working Hours:

• Weekly Hours: 38 hours full-time week.
• Shift System: Two-shift system with a weekly rotation model, including one Saturday every four weeks. Voluntary night and public holiday shifts are possible.
• Annual Leave: 30 days per year.

Qualification Program (9 Months):

• Phase 1 (3 Months Theory): Takes place in Arnstadt and Erfurt. No leave is possible during this period. Content includes: English course, quality training, technical training related to the engine, aviation law, PC program training. Training takes place during day shifts (approx. 07:00 AM to 02:00 PM).
• Phase 2 (6 Months Practical): Work in the target department at N3 in a shift system with a tutor. Leave is possible during this phase.
• Goal: Authorization examination, including a salary increase upon successful completion.

Your Responsibilities as a Mechanic:

• Performing disassembly and assembly work on engines/modules/components according to specifications.
• Performing measurement and testing tasks to determine technical parameters according to documentation.
• Carrying out cleaning work, visual inspections, and minor repairs on engines and their individual parts.
• Reviewing and processing engine-specific documentation.

• Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade.
• Willingness to relocate your primary residence to Arnstadt, Thuringia.
• You are independent and quality-conscious in your work.
• You are characterized by team spirit, reliability, and commitment.
• You are open to shift work and weekend duties.
• You possess foundational English skills.
