About the organisation
The small historic Hindsæter Hotel is situated along the touristic road over Valdresflya at 950 masl with a stunning view over the valley and Jotunheimen National Park, just 15 km from Besseggen / Gjende.
Our kitchen philosophy is based on the new nordic kitchen. Sustainability and local ingredients are our work focus, especially reindeer from the local reindeer company. No convenience. We serve one set menu in the evening for max. 40 guests, no a-la-carte.
