Notre événement en ligne " Take a chance in France" est un événement de recrutement qui offre aux employeurs la possibilité de rencontrer et d'établir un contact avec des candidats qualifiés de toute l'Union européenne et ce gratuitement. 

Les candidats intéressés par notre événement, pourront parcourir les offres d’emploi proposées par les entreprises françaises ou étrangères installées en France et postuler à celles qui correspondent à leurs compétences et à leurs attentes.

L'événement en ligne " Take a chance in France - Discover the French labour market executive opportunities”

est un événement de recrutement qui vous offre, en tant qu'employeur, la possibilité de rencontrer et d'établir un contact avec des candidats qualifiés de toute l'UE/EEE, et ce gratuitement. Des candidats qui pourraient devenir vos futurs employés ! 

"Take a chance in France " est organisé par les services de l'emploi d'EURES France sur la plateforme en ligne European Online Job Day. Pendant la journée de l'événement, les employeurs communiquent avec les candidats principalement en français. En fonction des entreprises présentes à cet événement, les échanges pourraient éventuellement avoir lieu en français et en anglais.

Si vous souhaitez participer à cet événement, nous vous proposons les éléments suivants :

Publier vos postes vacants, qui pourront être vus par des candidats dans toute l'Europe. 

Interviewer les candidats. Les candidats qui ont postulé à un poste vacant chez vous, peuvent choisir de passer un entretien directement pendant la journée de l'événement.   

Discuter avec les candidats qui souhaitent en savoir plus sur votre entreprise et les postes vacants que vous proposez.

Réserver des entretiens en ligne. Vous avez la possibilité d'organiser des entretiens en ligne où vous pouvez rencontrer les candidats qui ont manifesté leur intérêt pour vos postes vacants. Le jour de l'événement, le 18 septembre, vous aurez accès à des créneaux d'entretien de 30 minutes tout au long de la journée où vous choisirez les créneaux que vous souhaitez mettre à disposition des candidats.

Chattez avec les candidats le jour de l'événement

En vous connectant à votre compte exposant, vous pourrez chatter avec les candidats pendant la journée.

Afin d'obtenir le meilleur impact dans la promotion de vos offres d'emploi, il est important de les annoncer sur la page de l’événement dès que possible !   

N'oubliez pas de rédiger l'annonce en français et en anglais. Il est important d'être clair dans la description du contenu du poste et des qualifications requises.

Dans l'annonce, vous pouvez également renvoyer les candidats à votre propre page d'offres d'emploi, mais notez que la plateforme d'événements est configurée pour que les candidats postulent aux postes par le biais de la plateforme, ce qui signifie que la plupart des candidats le feront. Il est donc important que vous revoyiez continuellement vos annonces pour capter les candidats.

Faites attention à vos compétences linguistiques, techniques ou non, ainsi qu'à vos domaines d'études. Nous vous conseillons vivement de télécharger votre CV en français et en anglais.

De postuler à des emplois et confirmez votre présence aux entretiens

De nombreux emplois vous attendent sur la plate-forme. Parcourez ces offres et postulez dès que possible à celles qui correspondent à vos compétences et à vos attentes. Il ne suffit pas de télécharger votre CV, l'employeur ne peut consulter votre profil/ CV que lorsque vous postulez à ses emplois.

Les entreprises peuvent également vous inviter à un ou plusieurs entretiens en ligne, qui auront lieu le jour de l'événement.

Si vous êtes présélectionné, vous recevrez une notification de l'employeur (ou des employeurs) sur les créneaux horaires possibles pour l'entretien, à laquelle vous devrez répondre le plus rapidement possible.

Si vous avez déjà postulé, il se peut que vous ayez des invitations en attente de confirmation. Veuillez vérifier régulièrement.

De vous préparer à l'entretien (ou aux entretiens)

Afin de mieux vous préparer, vous devez effectuer une recherche approfondie des informations disponibles sur la page des employeurs participants, leurs principaux projets et leurs besoins en matière de recrutement. Sélectionnez les entreprises que vous souhaitez approcher ou qui vous ont invité à un entretien, identifiez les questions que vous souhaitez poser et essayez d'anticiper les questions éventuelles de l'employeur.

Une apparence professionnelle est importante, associée à une attitude positive, s'avérera très utile.

Veuillez - vous assurer, avant le jour de l'entretien en ligne, que vous avez accès à :

un PC, un ordinateur portable, une tablette / iPad ou un autre appareil mobile, ainsi qu'un casque avec un microphone et une webcam ;

une connexion internet stable ;

Si vous avez confirmé un créneau d'entretien, l'employeur vous contactera à l'heure convenue. 

Le jour de l'événement, vous pouvez discuter avec les employeurs et les points d'information concernant les possibilités d'emploi et d'autres questions connexes.

Si vous n'êtes pas un citoyen de l'UE/EEE ou de la Suisse

Veuillez garder à l'esprit que, bien que vous puissiez participer à cet événement et utiliser la plateforme www.europeanjobdays.eu pour la recherche d'emploi et la rencontre avec des employeurs, vous devrez vous soumettre à des obligations légales et à des procédures administratives supplémentaires pour accéder au marché du travail européen.

Nous vous conseillons de vous renseigner au préalable pour obtenir des informations supplémentaires :

Our online event "Take a Chance in France" is a recruitment event that offers employers the opportunity to meet and connect with qualified candidates from across the European Union, free of charge.

Candidates interested in our event will be able to browse job openings from French and foreign companies based in France and apply to those that match their skills and expectations.

The "Take a chance in France - Discover the French labour market executive opportunities" online event is a recruitment event that offers you, as an employer, the opportunity to meet and connect with qualified candidates from all over the EU/EEA for free. Candidates who could become your future employees ! 

"Take a chance in France" is organised by the EURES France employment services on the European Online Job Day platform. During the day of the event, employers communicate with candidates mainly in French. Depending on the companies present at the event, exchanges could possibly take place in English and in French.

If you wish to participate in this event, we suggest the following :

Publish your vacancies, which can be seen by candidates across Europe. 

Interview candidates. Candidates who have applied for a vacancy with you can choose to be interviewed directly on the day of the event.   

Talk to candidates who want to find out more about your company and the vacancies you offer.

Book online interviews. You have the opportunity to hold online interviews where you can meet candidates who have expressed interest in your vacancies. On the day of the event, 18 september, you will have access to 30-minute interview slots throughout the day where you choose which slots you want to make available to candidates.

Chat with candidates on the day of the event

By logging into your exhibitor account, you will be able to chat with candidates during the day.

In order to get the best impact in promoting your job offers, it is important to announce them on the event page as soon as possible! 

Don't forget to write the advert in French and English. It is important to be clear in the description of the job content and the qualifications required.

In the advert you can also refer candidates to your own jobs page, but note that the events platform is set up for candidates to apply for jobs through the platform, which means that most candidates will do so. It is therefore important that you continually review your advertisements to capture candidates.

Apply for jobs and confirm your attendance at interviews

There are many jobs waiting for you on the platform. Browse through these jobs and apply as soon as possible for those that match your skills and expectations. It is not enough to upload your CV, the employer can only see your profile/CV when you apply for their jobs.

Companies can also invite you to one or more online interviews, which will take place on the day of the event.

If you are shortlisted, you will receive a notification from the employer(s) about possible interview slots, to which you should respond as soon as possible.

If you have already applied, you may have invitations awaiting confirmation. Please check regularly.

To prepare for the interview(s)

In order to be better prepared, you should carry out a thorough research of the information available on the page of the participating employers, their main projects and their recruitment needs. Select the companies you wish to approach or who have invited you for an interview, identify the questions you wish to ask and try to anticipate the employer's possible questions.

A professional appearance is important, and a positive attitude will be very helpful.

Please ensure that, before the day of the online interview, you have access to:

• a PC, laptop, tablet/iPad or other mobile device, as well as a headset with a microphone and a webcam ;
• a stable internet connection ;

If you have confirmed an interview slot, the employer will contact you at the agreed time.

On the day of the event you can talk to employers and information points about job opportunities and other related issues.

If you are not a citizen of the EU/EEA or Switzerland

Please keep in mind that, although you can participate in this event and use the www.europeanjobdays.eu platform for job searching and meeting employers, you will have to comply with additional legal obligations and administrative procedures to access the European labour market.

We advise you to find out in advance for further information :

• the basic principles of access to the European labour market for individual third-country nationals
• the European immigration portal

You should also be aware that employers may decide not to proceed with your application due to the expected length of immigration procedures related to your employment.
